  • 20 gyozas (or potstickers)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Optional: chopped chives, favorite veggies

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring salted water to boil for gyozas. Grate garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add chicken broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, curry paste, and lime juice. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook gyozas in boiling water according to package directions (2-3 minutes). Drain.
  5. Serve cooked gyozas in bowls and ladle hot soup over them. Top with chives or vegetables as desired.
