  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups jasmine or basmati rice

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water and a pinch of salt in a pot; bring to a boil, then simmer until fluffy.
  2. Marinate chicken in soy sauce and chili paste for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown.
