  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken breast pieces, cubed potatoes, minced garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Add mixed dried herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper; toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook the mixture in the skillet until chicken is golden brown and potatoes are tender (about 15-20 minutes) or roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
  3. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add sliced red and green bell peppers to the skillet or roasting pan until slightly softened.
