  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out each sheet of puff pastry into rectangles measuring about 12×16 inches.
  3. Cut each pastry sheet in half and spread raspberry jam evenly over one rectangle.
  4. Place the second rectangle on top, press down lightly to seal, then cut into strips about ½ inch wide.
  5. Twist each strip gently and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each twist.
  6. Chill the twists in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before baking.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, then cool on a wire rack before dusting with confectioner’s sugar if desired.
