  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and melted butter. Mix well and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Whip chilled cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Mix pumpkin puree with brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; fold into half of the cream cheese filling.
  6. Layer half of the cream cheese filling over the crust, followed by the pumpkin layer, then top with remaining filling. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
