  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil for searing
  • 8 slices turkey bacon or beef bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil a skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and fill them with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed breast with turkey or beef bacon.
  5. Sear in a preheated skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
