  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into 1/3-inch sticks.
  3. Soak the fries in cold water for 10-15 minutes; drain and dry thoroughly.
  4. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, oregano, dill, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  5. Spread fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip fries and continue baking for another 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
