  • 34 lb bone-in lamb shoulder, trimmed
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
