  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, salt, pepper, and paprika; coat the chicken evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the marinated chicken in a hot skillet with vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
