  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem slightly.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into two thick 'steaks' approximately 1-inch thick.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and seasonings until well combined.
  5. Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mixture.
  6. Place steaks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
