  • 1 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 cups flour

  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  3. Knead the dough until smooth, place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for one hour.
  4. Punch down the dough, divide into 16 pieces, roll into ropes, cut slits on each side, and twist into bone shapes.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise again for another 45 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) during the last rising phase.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
