  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, reduced cider, and melted butter until combined.
  4. Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined (a few lumps are fine).
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side).
